The long-awaited first new apartment building is coming to Narva, the third-largest city in Estonia! Joaoru Residences will become Narva’s most attractive new residential area, with a total of five planned apartment buildings. The buildings are positioned in a bastion-like arrangement, ensuring excellent views of the surrounding Joaoru and fortresses. The new residential quarter is located at the intersection of Raudsilla and Juhkentali street, approximately one kilometer from Narva’s city center and old town. Within a 200-meter radius are Narva Alexander’s Cathedral, a bus stop, and the train station.

Architecture and Interior Design
The planned buildings feature high-quality and exclusive architecture, designed by esteemed architects from the architectural firm Molumba OÜ. The building has an elevator and a designed energy label of B.
The area between the buildings includes a parking lot that blends naturally into the landscape and surrounding buildings. The majority of the parking garage is hidden underground, with the above-ground part appearing as a regular parking lot. The first construction phase includes completing one apartment building and a third of the parking garage.
Prices and plans
The first apartment building at Raudsilla 1 offers 45 apartments ranging from one to six rooms. Each apartment includes a balcony, loggia, and/or terrace whereyou can spend time with family and friends and enjoy excellent views of the Narva River, fortresses, the reservoir, and Narva Alexander’s Cathedral, depending on the apartment’s location in the building. The rooftop features a spacious common terrace of about 50 m² for all residents to use.
The floor plans of Joaoru Residences apartments have been meticulously designed. The large floor-to-ceiling plastic profile windows make the living environment spacious and filled with light. The ceiling height on the typical floor is mainly 2.7 meters.
